What's Included in the Semaglutide Weight Loss program:

Weekly accountability and personalized coaching. Weekly Semaglutide injection plus a weekly Vitamin B12 injection. Labs drawn within first 6 months and as needed. Daily food journal. We want you to meet your weight loss goals!

Start-up fee: $200 (includes first set of labs)

1 month package: $340 ($85/shot)

3 month package: $960 ($80/shot)

6 month package: $1800 ($75/shot)

12 month package: $3360 ($70/shot)*

Vitamin B12 injection - given during weekly check-in (helps boost body's energy level by preventing fatigue, can also help lower the risk of heart disease)

Restart Fee: $100 - Must restart if it has been longer than 3 months since your last appointment.

Start-up fee: $200 (includes first set of labs)

1 month package: $680 ($170/shot)

Tirzepatide - given during weekly check-in

Vitamin B12 injection - given during weekly check-in (helps boost body's energy level by preventing fatigue, can also help lower the risk of heart disease)

Restart Fee: $100 - Must restart if it has been longer than 3 months since your last appointment.

Most people have positive weight loss results from using Semaglutide. However, as with any medication, results may vary. Tirzepatide (like Semaglutide) is also an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and for weight loss. If we find that Semaglutide is not affective for you, Tirzepatide might be a better alternative.

OPTIONAL INJECTIONS - these can be used with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide

Lipo-Mino Mix injection - Methionine, Inositol, Choline, Cyanocobalamin, Thiamine, Riboflavin (helps the body turn fat into energy and are powerful antioxidants) $35 each or 4 for $100

Zofran injection - helps prevent nausea and vomiting -$20 each (regularly $50)
